If your product does not fit properly, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase to receive return instructions and a return authorization (RMA) number.
Once issued, the item must be returned within 15 business days. Returns without an authorization number may not be accepted.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 90 days of purchase. Our team will review the issue and provide return or exchange instructions along with an authorization number.
Defective items must also be returned within 15 business days after approval.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, exchanges or refunds will be processed within 2 business days.
Standard replacement shipping may be offered. Any expedited shipping requests will require additional payment.
Exchanges for size are allowed if the product was ordered for a specific patient and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Orders containing multiple units (4 or more of the same item) may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Kemya Healthcare products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
